Dear resellers Effective from July 1st 2008 S.E.A. took over the exclusive Brauner Microphones distribution for North America. As global Brauner di- stributor for the last two years, S.E.A. has been very successful in establishing professional dealer networks all over the world. With our new distribution concept for the USA and Canada we are aiming for transferring the amazing success in Europe to the markets in the United States and Canada. With a fast information flow, global price stability and rentability of stock we want to provide you with the best possible scenario for promoting and selling the high quality portfolio of the brands distributed by S.E.A. From now on I will be coordinating all sales and marketing activities for S.E.A. as your responsible contact person for all North American and Canadian inquiries. We will be further supporting you with our new local representative network, which we are setting up now for North America and Canada. Already in the initial phase I am very proud to announce two very experienced representatives in the two most influential regions of the United States. While Neil Ziesing from  Group55 Technology Consulting will be responsible for the dealer support on the Eastern Seaboard, Fred Z of Z Product Guy will be our new representative for the Western Seaboard states. We proudly announce our first local sales representative: As of July
1st Mr. Neil Ziesing was appointed as rep for Brauner Microphones and
VOVOX for the Eastern Seaboard states. Neil Ziesing is a very experi-
enced sales manager within the field of the pro audio industry.

Before founding Group 55 Technology Consulting, he began his career
in music technology with industry legend, Opcode Systems. Initially
hired as Northeast sales representative, Ziesing went on to become
Opcode's international sales manager before moving on to hold busi-
ness development and marketing positions with innovative technology
companies such as Rocket Network, sputnik7, and Generic Media. In
2002, Ziesing also founded Oz Music Code to develop his own soft-
ware ideas. Oz Music Code's first product, Alphabet Soup, was relea-
sed in 2003.

Besides Group 55 Technology Consulting currently provides business development, sales and marketing
services to industry leaders such as Universal Audio, Muse Research, Hohner USA, Waldorf Synths, Red-
matica software, Cycling 74 and Full Scale AV.

From now on Neil Ziesing will be the responsible Brauner sales representative for all inquiries from Flo-
rida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland,
New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont.

Originally from Washington, DC, by way of Cleveland, OH, and now
Los Angeles Fred has always been involved in music on many levels,
as a producer, songwriter, musician and consultant. In his early years
as a sales associate at West L.A Music formerly known as Goodman's,
a good friend and mentor thought he had what it took to become a
product specialist, coupled with a demand from supporting dealers,
sales staff and end users to better understand the products they were
using Z Product Guy was born.

Under the Z Product Guy umbrella Fred Z feels fortunate to represent
some of the top lines which include Universal Audio, Focal Professional, Lynx Studio Technologies,
